Reporting and database management:

" Be familiar with the insurance sector and how the reporting function works to deliver value for the end users
" Ensure accurate and comprehensive data is available to the business
" Design and develop data-driven reports and data extracts as requested by the business
" Analyse, design and write specifications and technical reports as required to meet the ever-changing needs of the business including on-going maintenance and enhancement.
" To liaise with IT to ensure appropriate tools are made available and data is accessible
" To assist in the development of the database and the management reporting function
" Monitor reporting system usage and performance.
" To provide relevant reports for inclusion in the Board materials for MSUKIs clients
" Ensure all tasks/activities are recorded and kept up to date in ServiceNow


Key Technical Skills:

The analyst must be competent in the following software packages and technologies:
" Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
" Microsoft Excel (VBA Intermediate level)
" Advanced SQL Server Reporting Services skills
" Intermediate SQL Server Integration Services skills

The following are additional nice to have skills:
" Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
" A passion for technology and a desire to achieve excellence
